Whilst we will take reasonable steps to ensure messages are sent correctly, we cannot guarantee the availability, delivery or timing of SMS messages and are not responsible for delays or failures caused by mobile network operators or circumstances outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
