Delivery
We deliver by courier to the United Kingdom only.
We offer free delivery on orders of £40.00 or more from our cupboard-stored meals (exclusions apply; see below). For orders placed before 3pm Mon–Thurs, delivery is usually within 2–3 working days, although this may take slightly longer during busy periods. Next day and named day delivery is available at additional cost.
Northern Ireland and UK Highlands and Islands postcodes are excluded from free delivery, next day, and named delivery, and incur additional delivery charges. Other exclusions may apply.
We can't deliver to any other country, BFPO address or PO Box.
Our courier uses police checked drivers for your added peace of mind.
If you give us a mobile phone number we will send you a text to let you know when your parcel is going to be delivered.
You may specify delivery instructions to be followed if you are out. This could be to leave with a neighbour or a safe place on your property where your parcel can be left. This is at your own risk.
If your order contains alcohol we operate Challenge 25 when we deliver which means that if you appear to be under 25 we will ask for proof of age which can be a driving license or passport. All orders containing alcohol must be signed for.
