Where do you deliver?
We deliver throughout the whole of the United Kingdom, the Channel Islands and the Isle of Man.
We are unable to deliver to any other country, BFPO address or PO Box.
When will my order be delivered?
Orders placed Monday-Friday (before 3pm) will be delivered within 2 working days.
Orders placed Friday after 3pm, and over the weekend, will be delivered within 3 working days.
Our courier service delivers between the hours of 8am - 8pm.

Can I choose a delivery day?
Yes! If you would prefer to choose your delivery day, we offer a nominated day service which will give you a selection of days to choose from at a small charge of £1 for orders over £40 and £5 for orders under £40.
We are unable to offer nominated day deliveries to Northern Ireland, the UK Highlands and Islands postcodes.
How much is delivery?
We offer free, next working day delivery on orders over £40 (excluding Northern Ireland, UK Highlands and Islands postcodes), between the hours of 8am and 8pm. Orders under £40, orders to Northern Ireland, UK Highlands and Islands postcodes, and nominated day delivery costs are listed below.

What's the minimum order value for delivery?
We have a £30.00 minimum order value.
Do you bring my order into my home?
The delivery driver is unable to enter your property.
Do I need to be in to receive my delivery?
Our courier service will deliver to the front door, or leave your package in a suitable safe place. Our couriers use police-checked drivers for your peace of mind.
How will I know what time my delivery will arrive?
If you provide us with a mobile number you will receive text message updates about your delivery as follows:
- On the day of the delivery, DHL will send an update with an hourly slot in which the parcel will arrive, it will also include any delivery instructions you have selected.
- When the parcel is out for delivery you will receive another update when the driver is just a few minutes away.
- When the parcel is delivered you will receive a message to confirm if the parcel was delivered to the address, left with a neighbour, or left in a safe place.
If you do not have a mobile number you can contact us on 0131 326 0131, using the phone number you used to place your order, and you will hear an automated message informing you when your parcel will be delivered.
