2. Prices and Payment

All prices are shown in pounds sterling (£) and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to amend prices at any time, but any changes will not affect orders that have already been accepted.

We currently operate a minimum order value of £20.00 and reserve the right to amend this requirement at any time.

3. Placing an Order

When you place an order with us, you are making an offer to purchase goods. Your order is only accepted, and a contract between us is formed, when we dispatch the goods to you. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where:

4. Cancelling an order

Your statutory rights are governed by the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013. For most products, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods without giving any reason. To exercise this right, you must notify us within 14 days of delivery and return the goods to us within 14 days of notifying us of your cancellation. Unless the goods are faulty, damaged, or not as described, you will be responsible for the cost of returning cancelled goods.

Certain products are exempt from the statutory right to cancel, including goods that are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly. This may include some fresh bakery products.

We will refund the price paid for eligible cancelled goods together with any outbound delivery charge within 14 days of receiving the returned goods. Refunds will be made using the original payment method.

Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights relating to goods that are faulty, damaged, unsafe, or not as described.

5. Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Goods

If goods are faulty, damaged or not as described, please contact [email protected] as soon as reasonably possible. Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or any other applicable consumer protection legislation.

6. Delivery

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. It is your responsibility to provide accurate delivery information when placing an order. If delivery cannot be completed because:

the courier may return the order to us. In these circumstances, we may refund the purchase price less any delivery and return costs incurred by us, which are typically £5.00.

8. Refer a Friend

8.1. Existing Customer “Referrer” Reward Terms

(i) The Parsley Box Refer a Friend programme is available to existing Parsley Box customers only.

(ii) Each referrer will be issued a unique referral code to share with friends and family.

(iii) For each successful referral, the referrer will be rewarded with a £10 voucher to spend at Parsley Box.

(iv) Each £10 referral voucher will be added to the referrer’s Parsley Box account within 21 days of each friend placing their first order, using the referrer’s unique code.

(v) A referrer may earn up to a maximum of 50 referral reward vouchers in total for successful referrals, and a maximum of 5 referral reward vouchers may be earned within any 24-hour period.

(vi) Referral vouchers will accumulate within the referrer’s account, and a maximum of two £10 vouchers (£20 in total) may be redeemed against any single Parsley Box order, subject to Parsley Box’s current minimum order value.

(vii) Referral vouchers will be valid for 180 days from the date earned by the referrer.

(viii) Referrers may not refer themselves, create multiple accounts or otherwise attempt to manipulate the promotion.

(ix) Referral codes must not be published on voucher code, discount, cashback or deal-sharing websites.

(x) Referral vouchers have no cash value and cannot be redeemed or exchanged for cash, transferred to another customer, or used to purchase gift vouchers.

(xi) Parsley Box reserves the right to withhold or remove referral rewards where fraud, misuse or abuse of the promotion is suspected.

(xii) Parsley Box reserves the right to amend, suspend or withdraw the Refer a Friend programme at any time.

8.2. The Referred Customer “New Customer” Reward Terms

(i) The £10 introductory offer is available to new customers of Parsley Box, on their first order only.

(ii) To qualify, the new customer must use a valid referral code when placing their first Parsley Box order.

(iii) A minimum spend of £29.99 applies.

(iv) Only one referral code may be used per customer, and it cannot be used in conjunction with any other introductory offer.

(v) The referral code is not redeemable for cash and cannot be exchanged for any other offer, reward or consideration.

(vi) If the new customer order is cancelled, returned or refunded, the introductory discount will no longer qualify, and the referrer will not receive their referral reward.

(vii) Parsley Box reserves the right to refuse or cancel any referral where fraudulent activity or misuse is suspected.

(viii) Parsley Box reserves the right to amend, suspend or withdraw the Refer a Friend programme at any time.

(ix) By using a referral code, customers agree to these Terms & Conditions.

9. Alcohol Sales

We will only sell alcohol to persons aged 18 or over. By placing an order containing alcohol, you confirm that you are aged 18 or over. You also confirm that the recipient of the alcohol is aged 18 or over and that a person aged 18 or over will be available to accept delivery. In accordance with applicable licensing laws, our delivery partners may request proof of age on delivery. Acceptable forms of identification include:

10. Privacy

11. Marketing Communications

If you choose to receive email, SMS or other marketing communications from us, these will be governed by our Privacy Policy and any applicable SMS Marketing Terms. You can unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time using the instructions included in the communication or by contacting [email protected].

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always be available on our website. Any changes will not affect orders that have already been accepted. These Terms were last updated in July 2026.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Scotland. Both you and we agree that the courts of Scotland shall have non-exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from these Terms or your purchase of goods from us.
