Succulent British chicken in a fragrant and tangy ginger and lemon sauce with creamed and desiccated coconut spiced with red chilli, coriander and turmeric. Baby sweetcorn and red peppers give added crunch and colour.

Our serving suggestion Serve with Parsley Box long grain rice and some steamed greens. Garnish with spring onions and zested fresh lemon.
