Chicken, Chorizo & Bean Stew (1335)
A Spanish style stew made with succulent British chicken thigh, Spanish chorizo and butterbeans (270g)
Full of Spanish flavours and the unmistakeable spice of smoked paprika, this wholesome stew of succulent chunks of Red Tractor British chicken thigh is cooked with Spanish pork chorizo sausage, red bell pepper and butterbeans flavoured with Spanish sherry, smoked paprika, garlic and cracked black pepper Our Serving Suggestion This is a one pot meal in itself but you can always mop up the delicious juices with some crusty bread drizzled with olive oil. Serve with some fresh thyme leaves to add a sweet, sharp peppery flavour Our Drinks Pairing A full-bodied red, like Malbec would work well or another red on the dry-end of the spectrum
