Why do the meals not require refrigeration?
Our food is cooked using a steam heating process similar to home pressure cooking but on a larger scale. After cooking, the air-tight seal on each of our recyclable trays keeps the food from spoiling and allows our meals to be safely stored in the cupboard. No unnecessary preservatives are used, and the food will then keep for up to 6 months.
How long do Parsley Box meals keep for?
Due to our innovative steam heating process, similar to using a home pressure cooker, our meals are safe to store in the cupboard for up to 6 months without the need for unnecessary preservatives. For exact expiry dates please check the packaging.
Do I have to commit to a subscription?
No subscriptions, no tie-in, no commitment- simply order what you want, when you want.

Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept payment from all major credit and debit cards. Unfortunately, we’re unable to accept cash.
I have an offer code - how do I redeem this?
To redeem an offer code please quote the code when placing your order by phone with our customer care team. When ordering online, please enter it on the “My Basket” page above the “Checkout Securely” button.
Can I claim a special offer more than once?
All of our offers can be taken advantage of once per customer. This includes our introductory offer which is limited to one per customer.
Do you have a minimum order amount?
Yes, our minimum order amount is £30.00, so you can place an order with us if the total reaches that amount.
How do you use my details?
How do I create an account?
An account will be created for you automatically when you place your first order with us. From then onwards you will have to log into your account to place further orders. You cannot have an account without having placed an order.

How long do you take to deliver?
We offer free 2–3-day delivery when you spend more than £40.00 if you place your order by phone or online by 3pm between Monday and Thursday. This excludes UK Highlands, Islands and Northern Ireland.
How do I heat the meals?
On the back of all our product packaging we have clear cooking instructions advising you on how best to prepare your meals. As well as on our website, where within each individual meal you can see the cooking instructions (this is in the table below the "add to basket" button!)
Meals in our cupboard stored range can be cooked in the microwave and take approximately 3 minutes to heat. Simply, remove the sleeve and pierce the film lid several times and place in the microwave.
Not in a hurry? A selection of our meals can be heated in the oven – great to give our mash topped pies a crispy topping! Please transfer the meal into an ovenproof dish and cook for approximately 20-25 minutes at 190°c. Check the packaging for precise cooking instructions for each individual meal.
Do you offer vegetarian or vegan meals?
We are aware vegetarian and vegan food is becoming increasingly popular. We offer a variety of vegetarian meals made using our specialised cooking method and will be introducing more vegetarian and vegan ranges in the future. Watch this space!
Do you offer gluten free meals?
Many of our meals are now Gluten Free. To find these, look out for the green GF icon below our website's products and in our catalogue.

Should you require information on allergens or ingredients please refer to the Our Menu section of our website where you can click into each individual meal to see a summary of ingredients and allergens. Alternatively, all our allergens and ingredients can be found on the back of our packaging.

At Parsley Box, we know that eating a well-balanced diet is important to maintain a healthy lifestyle. That’s why we highlight the nutritional information on all our meals, simply look for our nutritional icons which can be found next to each meal in our catalogue, on the front of our packaging or on our website, simply hover over the icons below each of the meals to see what they mean.
Do you use additives or preservatives?
Due to the way our food is cooked, we don't need to use artificial preservatives or additives to keep the food safe to store in the cupboard for up to 6 months.
Where is our meat sourced?
At Parsley Box we’re proud to support more responsible, thoughtful choices that reflect our values. We are committed to buying British and actively support local producers wherever possible. Our chicken and pork are 100% British, and our beef is British and Irish. We source as much of our lamb as we can in Britain, allowing for seasonal changes, for example, when we’ll import top quality lamb from New Zealand. For cured and continental meats, we source these from traditional producers to give the best possible quality and taste, for example our Pancetta is imported from Italy.
