Enjoy your Chinese Takeaway favourite - tender British beef in a rich, savoury black bean sauce with red peppers, crunchy water chestnuts, onion, with ginger. This glossy umami-rich sauce is flavoured with soy, ginger, garlic and red chilli.
Our serving suggestion Serve the stir-fry in deep bowls with mounds of sticky rice and top with coriander, if you like! Or avoid carbs and griddle some tenderstem broccoli with sesame, soy and honey for a vibrant and tasty side. Delicious with some fresh chopped spring onion and, if you like some heat, some thin slices of red chilli.
Our drinks pairing Rich, velvety but not too tannic reds would pair well like the Cabernet Sauvignon or the fruity rosé Zinfandel bursting with a real explosion of raspberries and strawberries.
