By Friday evening, we were all ready to down tools and head to the local curry house. I’d forgotten my glasses again and mistakenly ordered the vegetable korma. I didn’t have a clue what a chickpea was, but I was pleasantly surprised. It turns out it’s never too late to discover something new, especially when it comes with rice and a warm naan on the side.
