Frank's meal memories

We all agreed on one thing: Sunday wasn’t complete without a proper roast. On special occasions, we’d head to the local pub for their legendary carvery. Three types of meat, cauliflower cheese, roasties and, my undoing, braised red cabbage with apple. Val said I’d have sacrificed pudding for another plate of just that and, I have to admit, I was tempted at times.
