Chicken Tikka Masala
British chicken in fragrant spices with yoghurt, tomato and coconut. (225g)
Succulent British chicken in a spicy and fragrant sauce made with British single cream, natural yoghurt and Indian spices of ground coriander, fenugreek, cumin, turmeric and garam masala.
Our serving suggestion Serve with Parsley box pilau rice & Indian breads. The Tarka dhal would go well with such a meal, the sauce is scented with Indian spices. Throw over some chopped fresh coriander or a dollop of yoghurt & pomegranate seeds on top.
Our drinks pairing If you’re wondering which wine to pair with curry, you’re not alone. There are probably more opinions about the matter than there are types of curry from “wine is never a good idea" to "any wine you like" or try a beer or craft lager instead.
