For a stress free night in, simply cook and serve with long grain rice, a dollop of sour cream and a pinch of paprika. A quick and easy lunch, use as a filling for a crisp and fluffy oven baked jacket potato, simply add a squeeze of lemon juice. The perfect restaurant quality dine in, warm and stir through buttery al dente pappardelle pasta until coated, serve with a spoonful of crème fraiche and freshly chopped parsley. Perfect with a lightly dressed salad and steamed tenderstem broccoli.
