Tender pieces of British beef are slow cooked in a rich double cream sauce with French brandy, sliced button mushrooms and smoked paprika. Finished with lemon juice and chopped parsley. and served with fluffy long grain rice.
Our serving suggestion For a stress free night in, simply cook and serve with long grain rice, a dollop of sour cream and a pinch of paprika.

For best results please microwave. The following is a guide.
Beef & Mushroom Stroganoff:
Microwave: Remove sleeve, pierce film several times and place in microwave.
850W microwaves: Full power for 2 minutes. 1000W microwaves: Full power for 1 minute 45 seconds.
After heating allow to stand for 1 minute, then carefully peel back the film (CAUTION: hot steam may escape) and serve.
Long Grain Rice:
Microwave: Knead the grains in the closed pouch. Tear the top of the pouch by 2 cm. Place the pouch upright in the microwave.
700W microwaves: Full power for 1 minute.
After heating tear open the pouch (CAUTION: hot steam may escape) and serve.
DO NOT REHEAT.
