Sheila's meal memories

For years, a bunch of us mums made a habit of going to keep fit class every Monday night. We’d kid ourselves that we’d ‘been good’ all week and, afterwards, head straight to the local Chinese restaurant. My treat was always beef in black bean sauce. Nobody needed to know I’d been treating myself on Friday… and Saturday… or, indeed, most of the week.
