How does ordering from Parsley Box work?
Ordering is simple. You can shop online by browsing our menu, adding meals to your basket and checking out. If you’d prefer to order by phone, our friendly UK‑based customer care team is available on 0131 326 0131, Monday to Saturday 9am–6pm and Sundays 10am–4pm.
There’s no subscription - you can order what you want, when you need it.
Is there a minimum order value with Parsley Box?
Yes. There’s a minimum order value of £20, which helps us deliver your meals securely and efficiently. This is clearly shown during checkout.
How long does Parsley Box delivery take?
For England, Wales and Scotland, orders placed before 3pm Monday to Friday are usually delivered the next working day between 8am and 8pm.
Deliveries to Northern Ireland and the Highlands & Islands typically take 4–9 working days, depending on when the order is placed.
Is Parsley Box delivery free?
Delivery is free on orders over £50. For orders under £50, standard delivery charges apply and are clearly shown at checkout before you place your order.
Do I need to be at home for my delivery?
No. As Parsley Box meals don’t need to be refrigerated or placed in the freezer, deliveries can be left in a safe place if you’re not at home. You can store them in the cupboard when you return.

Do Parsley Box meals come in different sizes?
At the moment, some Parsley Box meals are available in two portion sizes, providing choice and flexibility depending on appetite and occasion: “For the lighter appetite” and “Regular”. Many of our meals are available in both sizes, so you can choose what feels right for you.
- For the lighter appetite – meals between 200g and 300g, designed for smaller appetites or when you’re looking for something lighter yet still satisfying. “For the lighter appetite” is clearly displayed on the pack, in the catalogue and on our website, making them easy to spot.
- Regular – meals between 350g and 400g, including larger portions of selected dishes or twin‑tray meals that include a side.

Why have I received a mix of new and old packaging in my order?
We’re introducing our new packaging gradually to avoid waste and keep deliveries running smoothly. During this transition, you may receive a mix of old and new packaging in the same order.
The food inside hasn’t changed. The recipes, ingredients, portion size and preparation remain the same, only the design on the outside looks different.

Do Parsley Box meals need to be refrigerated or frozen?
No. All Parsley Box meals are ambient and can be stored safely in a cupboard at room temperature.
How can Parsley Box meals be stored in a cupboard?
Our meals are cooked using a cooking process similar to home pressure cooking, like that used for canned foods. This allows them to be safely stored at room temperature without refrigeration.
How long do Parsley Box meals last?
All meals have a clear best‑before date printed on the packaging. Like all food, we recommend enjoying meals sooner to eat them at their best.
Do Parsley Box meals contain added preservatives?
No. We don’t add extra preservatives to extend shelf life. The longer shelf life comes from using a cooking process similar to home pressure cooking (retort) that seals in quality and safety without unnecessary preservatives. We always use familiar ingredients where possible.
