We are delighted to welcome Lecale Harvest to our Parsley Box range, producing a range of artisan pâtés, inspired by classic French cuisine. These delicious pâtés are made using local ingredients and traditional methods from the family run business in County Down.

Smoked salmon pâté finished with cream, lemon and white wine and a hint of mustard to cut through the richness. Serve with your favourite crudites or toasted sourdough.

Serving Suggestion: A perfect starter, alongside toasted slices of sourdough or as a light snack with your favourite crudites.

Our Drinks Pairing: We recommend serving alonside vintage Viognier, served lightly chilled, a soft , full-bodied white with a bite of juicy red apple-like acidity. Perfect to cut through the richness of the salmon.
