Smoked salmon pate finished with cream, lemon and white wine and a hint of mustard to cut through the richness. Serve with your favourite crudites or toasted sourdough. Serving Suggestion: A perfect starter, alongside toasted slices of sourdough or as a light snack with your favourite crudites. Our Drinks Pairing: We recommend serving alonside vintage Viognier, served lightly chilled, a soft , full-bodied white with a bite of juicy red apple-like acidity. Perfect to cut through the richness of the salmon.
