Smooth, buttery mash made with British potatoes.
A smooth, buttery mash made with Yorkshire potatoes.
Our serving suggestion:
Finish with a knob of butter and serve alongside our classic stews and casseroles for a hearty meal.
Add that extra bit of indulgence with a sprinkling of mature cheddar cheese or even better add sliced cabbage, buttered onions and cracked black pepper to create a warming Colcannon.
Our drinks pairing:
If serving alongside an intensely flavoured casserole or stew, you need a big wine to hold its own. But that can be overwhelming. We prefer a slightly lighter more rustic red - grape varieties such as Syrah, Grenache, Malbec and Tempranillo hit the spot for us.
