Sliced British potatoes in a creamy mature cheddar cheese and garlic sauce. (150g)
The most decadent of sides. Layers of thinly sliced British potatoes are cooked in a rich double cream sauce made with British mature cheddar cheese and Italian Grana Padano, infused with garlic, rosemary and cracked black pepper.
Our serving suggestion Delicious as a side or try as a main meal alongside sauteed green beans with shallots, thyme and lemon juice and a slice of crusty sourdough bread.
Our drinks pairing The pairing will be dependent on how you serve this creamy side but as a general rule of thumb opt for a refreshing slightly acidic drink to cut through the richness. We suggest a zesty Sauvignon Blanc or if you are not in the mood for alcohol try a cloudy lemonade
