Cherry and almonds are great flavour partners and they combine beautifully in this light, moist and buttery sponge which is topped with a morello-style cherry sauce.

Our Serving Suggestion Cherry and almond is a heavenly combination. Serve with a generous scoop of vanilla ice cream or Vanilla custard

Our Drinks Pairing Never completely convinced about wine and puddings but the Zinfandel would be an interesting pairing
