Charles' meal memories

It was exciting when Indian restaurants began opening in town. Norma and I booked in one Saturday night, both of us curious to try something new. I braced for a blast of heat, but when my chicken korma arrived creamy and fragrant, I was pleasantly surprised. Before long it became our favourite weekend treat. I tried the hotter dishes now and again, but nothing ever beat the comfort of a good korma.
