Golden and buttery all butter shortcrust pastry generously filled with a sweet and spiced mincemeat, sultanas, Bramley apple and currants infused with citrus peel, Ruby Port and mixed spices. Finished with a dusting sugar.

    Cooking Instructions

    For best results oven cook.

    Oven: Remove all outer packaging except the foil containers. Place on a baking tray on the middle shelf of a preheated oven for 2 to 5 minutes.

    Electric 180°C / Fan 160°C / Gas Mark 4

    Microwave: Remove all packaging and foil cases. Place a pie on a microwavable plate.

    750W microwaves: Full power for 10 seconds. 850W microwaves: Full power for 10 seconds.

    After heating allow to stand for 2 minutes. CAUTION: Care should be taken after heating as the filling can be very hot.
