We are delighted to welcome Lecale Harvest to our Parsley Box range, producing a range of artisan pates, inspired by classic French cuisine. These delicious pates are made using local ingredients and traditional methods from the family run business in County Down.
Mackerel pate finished with cream, wine and lemon. Serve with your favourite crudites or toasted sourdough.
Our Drinks Pairing: Perfect served alongide an acidic wine to cut through the richness and oilyness of the mackerel. We recommend Pinot Grigio or a Grenache Rose.
