Chicken Arrabbiata (1323)
Penne pasta with succulent pieces of British chicken in a creamy tomato and chilli sauce (270g)
Free range egg penne pasta with succulent pieces of diced British chicken thigh in a creamy, red chilli, spicy tomato passata sauce seasoned with garlic, basil and cracked black pepper with grilled peppers Our Serving Suggestion It’s a meal in itself really, but you could always add a dressed green salad or a little crusty bread on the side. Arrabbiata refers to a chilli-spiked sauce, meaning 'angry' in Italian - if you like it extra hot then drizzle with chilli oil for a spicy kick Our Drinks Pairing With hot spicy sauces such as arrabbiata, aglio olio e pepperoncino (garlic, oil and chilli) and puttanesca (anchovies, capers and olives) try either a sharply flavoured dry white wine or a rustic red like Zinfandel
