Julienne carrots and shredded savoy cabbage also lend themselves to partnering fish pie To make this fish pie even more indulgent try topping with grated mature cheddar cheese before baking in the oven until the topping is golden brown and the filling is bubbling. Garnish with some freshly chopped flat leaf parsley Our drinks pairing Smooth, dry white wines are a good option here. Similar to a squeeze of lemon, dry white wine adds splashes of citrus and a bit of sweetness to buttery seafood. Try pairing with Pinot Grigio or Sauvignon Blanc
