Description
We are delighted to welcome Lecale Harvest to our Parsley Box range, producing a range of artisan pâtés, inspired by classic French cuisine. These delicious pâtés are made using local ingredients and traditional methods from the family run business in County Down.
Duck liver pâté, blended with duck fat. butter and milk, finished with shallots, Armagnac and Port. Serve on toasted sourdough, topped with caramelised sliced shallots and fresh rocket.
Serving Suggestion: A perfect starter, alongside toasted slices of sourdough, caramelised sliced shallots, finished with fresh rocket and a spoonful of plum and port chutney. Or serve as a light snack alongside your favourite crudites.
Our Drinks Pairing: We recommend serving a glass of port, enhancing the notes within the chutney for true indulgence.
