Description

A rich ragu made using British minced beef and pork, smoked bacon and then cooked with tomatoes, red wine & oregano and topped with Fusilli free-range egg pasta

Our Serving Suggestion
A simple addition of roasted vine ripened tomatoes drizzled with olive oil or spectacular with Balsamic-laced roasted vegetables. If serious comfort is the order of the day, then try adding a garlic butter ciabatta. Scatter with torn basil leaves, shower with extra Parmesan and a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil to pimp up the flavour of this pasta Bolognese.

Simple to Prepare

Remove sleeve, pierce film several times and place in microwave.

850W microwaves: Full power for 1 minute 30 seconds.
1000W microwaves: Full power for 1 minute 15 seconds.
After heating, allow to stand for 1 minute, then carefully peel back the flim (CAUTION: hot steam may escape) stir and serve.
DO NOT REHEAT

Hob:
Empty contents into a saucepan.
Warm on a low heat, stirring occasionally until piping hot.
