A hearty stew of tender, slow-cooked British beef brisket with tasty, chunky root vegetables - carrots, potato & swede in a rich, beef gravy seasoned with a splash of Worcester sauce, thyme and cracked black pepper. Accompanied by our ultimate mashed potato.
Our Serving Suggestion You can't go wrong with some nice crusty French baguette. Serve with freshly chopped flat leaf parsley to brighten the flavour.

Beef Stew
Microwave: Remove sleeve, pierce film several times and place in microwave.
The following is a guide only. 850W microwaves: Full power for 2 minutes 40 seconds. 1000W microwaves: Full power for 2 minutes 20 seconds.
After heating, allow to stand for 1 minute, then carefully peel back the film (CAUTION: hot steam may escape) stir and serve. DO NOT REHEAT.
Hob: Empty contents into a saucepan, Warm on a low heat, stirring occasionally, until piping hot.
Make sure food is hot throughout and serve.
Ultimate Mashed Potato
Microwave: Remove sleeve, pierce film several times and place in microwave.

Oven: Remove the contents from the tray and place in an ovenproof dish. Loosely cover with foil. Place in a preheated oven for 25 minutes. Electric - 190C - Fan - 170C - Gas Mark 5
