For the chocoholics among you this chocolate sponge delivers a sweet chocolatey hit with Belgian dark chocolate pieces and is topped with a smooth, sweet chocolate and orange sauce, perfect sweet and fruity combination.

Serving Suggestion: This hot, gooey chocolate pud with Belgian chocolate pieces would be great with Madagascan vanilla custard or finished with a spoonful of clotted cream.

Our Drinks Pairing: Match the level of sweetness in the dessert with the wine. However, we recommend Grenache Rose, refreshing and crisp with mouth-watering grapefruit and clementine notes.

    Cooking Instructions
