Beef Brisket: Marinated Beef (74%) (Beef (89%), Water, Glucose Syrup, Salt, Cornflour, Raising Agents (Sodium Bicarbonate, Tetrasodium Diphosphate), Sugar, Brown Sugar, Cracked Black Pepper, Stabiliser (Pentasodium Triphosphate), Acid (Citric Acid), Acidity Regulator (Sodium Citrate), Rapeseed Oil), Red Wine (11%) (SULPHITES), Tomato Puree, Butter (MILK), Beef Stock (Beef, Yeast Extract, Natural Flavouring, Salt, Tomato Paste, Molasses, Lemon Juice Concentrate, Onion Powder), Sugar, Rapeseed Oil, Beef Stock (Beef Bones, Water, Yeast Extract, Salt), Brown Sugar, Garlic Puree, Thyme, Burnt Sugar Syrup, Salt, Ground Bay Leaves.

Cooking Instructions

Beef Brisket: Oven Only.

Empty contents of the pouch into the foil tray provided, pouring the sauce over the meat. Place into a pre-heated oven for 15 minutes. Remove from the oven and baste the meat with the sauce, return to the oven for a further 10 minutes.

Electric 200°C / Fan 180°C / Gas Mark 6

Make sure food is hot throughout, and leave to stand for 1 minute before serving.

If vacuum seal on the pouch is broken or damaged DO NOT USE. Once opened consume within 24 hours.

Dauphinoise Potatoes: For best results please microwave. Microwave: Remove sleeve, pierce film several times and place in microwave.

The following is a guide only. 850W microwaves: Full power for 1 minute 20 seconds. 1000W microwaves: Full power for 1 minute 10 seconds.

After heating allow to stand for 1 minute, then remove film and serve. (CAUTION: hot steam may escape) DO NOT REHEAT.

Oven: Remove sleeve and film. Remove the contents from the tray and place in an ovenproof dish, covering the potato with the sauce. Loosely cover with foil. Place in a preheated oven for 25 minutes. Electric - 190C - Fan - 170C - Gas Mark 5

Make sure food is hot throughout and serve.
