Spring is a time for renewal, and our catalogue reflects just that.
Across our range, you’ll see:

Everything has been thoughtfully updated to make browsing easier, whether you’re flicking through the catalogue with a cup of tea or placing an order online.
But while the outside may look a little different, the heart of Parsley Box remains exactly the same.

Our recipes, chefs and cooking methods haven’t changed. The familiar flavours you know, and love are just as delicious as ever. We understand how important that trusted Parsley Box taste is, and that’s something we would never alter.
It’s still the same convenient cupboard-stored meals.

Clearer Meal Sizes
Over the years, many of you have told us you’d welcome clearer portion options. We’ve listened. With our refreshed look, we’re also introducing simpler names to help you pick the right meal for your appetite.
For the Lighter Appetite (225g–270g)
Previously part of our core range, these meals are now clearly labelled “For the Lighter Appetite” in the catalogue (marked as Lighter).
They’re ideal if you prefer a smaller portion, want something quick and satisfying, and don’t want to feel too full.
Regular Meals (300g–400g)
Our larger meals, formerly called Hearty, are now clearly labelled Regular. They’re perfect if you enjoy a fuller plate, have a heartier appetite, or want a more filling meal.,
You choose the size; we’ll take care of the cooking.
And here’s the important bit: over time, you’ll see more of our range available in Regular sizes. We’ve listened carefully to your feedback and are gradually expanding these options, while keeping the quality, convenience and great taste you expect.
Easier to Browse, Easier to Love
We’ve also made the catalogue simpler to navigate, with clearly marked sections to help you quickly find what you’re in the mood for.
Season’s Picks: This is where you’ll find meals chosen to suit the time of year, along with limited-edition dishes and little extras to brighten mealtimes.
Comfort Classics: These are the meals that taste like home. The dishes customers return to time and again, including mash-topped pies and warming hotpots. Simple, familiar and deeply satisfying.
Above and Beyond: When you fancy something a little more special, this is the place to look. Here you’ll find take-away inspired favourites and dishes that feel just right for special occasions, all without the fuss or effort.
