Parsley Box has always been about comfort, simplicity, and good food made for everyday life. As our range continues to grow, we’re making small, thoughtful updates that bring more clarity, warmth, and ease to your experience, from choosing your meals to enjoying them at home.

As part of our refreshed look, we’re introducing clearer meal size names, making it easier than ever to choose the portion that suits you best.

New Meal Sizing for More Choice

We know that appetites can vary, from day to day and at different stages of life. Over the years, many of you have told us you’d love more generous options, while others prefer a lighter meal. With that in mind, we’ve introduced simple, clearer portion names where meals are available in two sizes.

  • Lighter: These are our original 225g–270g dishes, now clearly labelled Lighter. They’re ideal for smaller appetites or when you want something quick, easy, and satisfying without feeling too full.
  • Regular: Formerly known as Hearty, our 350g–400g meals are now called Regular. These offer a fuller plate and are perfect if you enjoy a more substantial meal.
