We're really sorry you didn't like our products and are planning to return them.

Our official returns policy in our Terms & Conditions is 21 days however if you are a few days over that's fine. We think it is more important to have happy customers than to rigidly enforce our policies.

Please email us at customersupport@parsleybox.com with your order number and the reason you want to return the products. We'll then get back to you with details of the next step. If you have not received a reply please check your spam folder.
