ParsleyClub Terms & Conditions


  • To be a member of ParsleyClub you must be aged 18 or over and be resident in England, Scotland, Wales, or Northern Ireland.
  • Only one membership per person and only one named member per membership is allowed.
  • Any promotional vouchers provided by ParsleyClub are non-transferrable and are valid for use by the member only.
  • Parsley Box reserves the right to alter or delete any of the ParsleyClub benefits at any time without prior notice.
  • Parsley Box reserves the right to terminate any membership that they feel has been subject to abuse or attempted abuse.
  • By supplying Parsley Box with an email address, you are consenting to receiving marketing material from ParsleyClub. Parsley Box will not pass on your personal details to any third party except where we have your permission, where we are required to do so by law and to contracted companies who provide a service to us.   • Members will receive:
    • Three free trial products per annum, where one free trial product will be included per order.
    • Priority DHL Named Day Delivery on orders over £40 (orders under £40 will incur delivery charges*).
    • A birthday gift voucher to spend on the Parsley Box gift range.
    • A ParsleyClub email newsletter.
    *Unfortunately, we are unable to offer named day deliver to Northern Ireland and Highland and Islands postcodes.
  • Parsley Box may negotiate additional benefits and discounts with third parties for ParsleyClub members. Parsley Box accepts no liability for the provision of any such goods or services from these third parties.

Registration and Renewal

  • You can join ParsleyClub via the Parsley Box website or by phone by calling 0131 326 0131
  • To join ParsleyClub, you will be asked to provide a valid email address and your date of birth to activate the exclusive member benefits.
  • ParsleyClub membership is valid for one year from the day of purchase.
  • At the end of your first year of membership and every subsequent year, your membership will automatically renew on the anniversary of joining.
  • By signing up for ParsleyClub you authorise Parsley Box to charge the payment card you provided at registration with the annual membership fee at the start of your membership and at each annual renewal date.
  • If you do not want to renew or want to use a different card for payment, please visit your account page at
  • You can cancel your membership and receive a full refund within 14 days of purchase each year, provided you have not claimed any trial products or birthday voucher.
  • Your membership will be suspended if we are unable to process payment of your membership fee.
  • ParsleyClub is an online membership scheme and physical membership cards will not be provided.

Loyalty Points

  • Members can continue to collect loyalty points with every order.
