Where do you deliver?
We deliver throughout the United Kingdom, the Channel Islands and the Isle of Man to home and business addresses.
We are unable to deliver to any other country, BFPO address, PO Box or DHL collection point.
When will my order be delivered?
For deliveries to England, Wales and Scotland (excluding Northern Ireland, UK Highlands and Islands) via DHL:
DHL deliver Monday to Friday, between the hours of 8 am - 8 pm.
Orders placed Monday-Friday before 3 pm will be delivered the next working day to mainland locations. Please see the table below for delivery dates depending on the day and time you place your order.

On the delivery day, DHL will email and SMS your expected 1-hour delivery time slot. If you won’t be home, please follow the link in their notification to select a safe place for your order or reschedule your delivery.
Please allow for additional delivery time over bank holidays or busy periods such as the lead up to Christmas.
For deliveries to England, Wales and Scotland (excluding Northern Ireland, UK Highlands and Islands) via Yodel
You may also choose to use Yodel rather than DHL for deliveries to mainland locations.
Yodel delivers Monday to Saturday, between the hours of 7 am - 9 pm.
Orders placed Monday-Friday before 3 pm will be delivered in 2 working days to mainland locations. Please see the table below for delivery dates depending on the day and time you place your order.
