Microwave ovens vary. The following is a guide only.
Microwave: Remove top of pouch and decant contents into a microwave safe bowl. Heat on high (100%).
Cat D 850W: 1 1/2 minutes.
Cat E 1000W: 1 minute.
Stir and heat for a further 30 seconds. Stir product again before serving. Do not reheat.
Hob: Empty the contents into a saucepan. Warm over a low heat, stir occasionally.
