But that can be overwhelming. We prefer a slightly lighter more rustic red - grape varieties such as Syrah, Grenache, Malbec and Tempranillo hit the spot for us

For best results please microwave.
Remove sleeve, pierce film several times and place in microwave.

850W microwaves: Full power for 1 minute 20 seconds.
1000W microwaves: Full power for 1 minute.
After heating allow to stand for 1 minute, then remove film and serve. (CAUTION: hot steam may escape) DO NOT REHEAT.
Remove the contents from the tray and place in an ovenproof dish.
Loosely cover with foil. Place in a preheated oven for 25 minutes.
Electric - 190C - Fan - 170C - Gas Mark 5
Make sure food is hot throughout and serve.
