Remove sleeve and pierce film lid of tray three times and place in a microwave, pierced side up. After heating, allow to stand 1 min, carefully peel back film (caution: hot steam may escape) and serve. Do not reheat.

Cat D 750W: Heat on high (100%) for 2 1/2 minutes.
Stand for 1 minute. Carefully open, stir and serve.

Cat E 850W: Heat on high (100%) for 2 minutes.
Stand for 1 minute. Carefully open, stir and serve.

Oven: WARNING: The tray is not oven proof.
Preheat oven to gas mark 5, 190C/375F.
Remove the contents from the tray and place into an
ovenproof dish.
Place in the middle of the oven and heat for 20-25 minutes.

Caution: Tray and contents will be hot following heating.
