Remove sleeve and pierce film lid of tray three times
 and place in a microwave, pierced side up.

Oven: WARNING: The ray is not oven proof. 
Preheat oven to gas mark 5, 190C/375F. 
Remove the contents from the tray and place into an 
ovenproof dish.
Place in the middle of the oven and heat for 20-25 minutes.
