Description

British minced vension and diced Italian pancetta in a rich Spanish red wine gravy, wih redcurrant jelly, rosemary and thyme. Topped with buttery carrot and swede mash, finished with parsley and cheddar breadcrumbs.

Due to the nature of the delivery packaging, our Chef's Table meals must be bought in multiples of 2 meals.

Serving Suggestion: Perfect served with seasonal steamed winter greens, trimmed fine beans and broccoli, topped with a knob of butter and fresh chopped parsley.

Our Drinks Pairing: Try alongside a glass of Old Vine Garnacha, full-bodied red with smooth tannins and a bright fruit palate to compliment the slow cooked rich game sauce.

    Cooking Instructions

    For best results oven cook.

    Oven: Remove sleeve and film lid. Place on a baking tray on the middle shelf of a pre-heated for 30 minutes.
