Microwave 850W: Remove the sleeve and run a sharp knife around 
the rim of the pot to remove the film lid. 
Heat on full (100%) for 50 seconds. 
Allow to stand for 1 minute.

Steam: Break the seal and place in a pan of boiling water
which should come halfway up the pot.
Cover the pan, bring to the boil and simmer for 15-20 minutes.
Do not allow the pan to boil dry.
Remove from the pan and peel back film lid.
Take care when removing lid as hot steam will escape.
