Remove sleeve and pierce film lid of tray three times and place in microwave, pierced side up.
After heating, allow to stand for 1 min, carefully peel back film (caution: hot steam may escape) and turn upside down onto a plate.
Gently squeeze around the basin to release the pudding. Do not reheat.
