Chilli con Carne: Beef (24%), Water, Red Kidney Beans (20%), Tomatoes, Red and Green Peppers, Onions, Tomato Puree, Modified Maize Starch, Sugar, Salt, Spices (0.5%), BARLEY Malt Vinegar (contains Barley).
Long Grain Rice: Cooked Long Grain Rice (98%) (Water, Long Grain Rice), Sunflower Oil.

Chilli con Carne:
Remove sleeve and pierce film lid of tray three times and place in a microwave, pierced side up. Microwave ovens vary. The following is a guide only.
Cat D 750W: Heat on high (100%) for 3 minutes. Stand for 1 minute. Carefully open, stir and serve.
Cat E 850W: Heat on high (100%) for 2 1/5 minutes. Stand for 1 minute. Carefully open, stir and serve.
Oven: WARNING: The tray is not oven proof.
Preheat oven to gas mark 5, 190C/375F.
Remove the contents from the tray and place into an ovenproof dish.
Place in the middle of the oven and heat for 20-25 minutes.
Caution: Tray and contents will be hot following heating.
Cooked Long Grain Rice:
Knead the grains in the closed pouch. Tear the top of the pouch by 2 cm. Place the pouch upright in the microwave.
700W: Cook on full power for 1 minute. Remove the pouch from the microwave and tear open. Take care when handling and opening the pouch (caution: hot steam may escape). Microwaves vary. For microwaves of different wattages, adjust the time accordingly.
To fry: heat a spoonful of oil (15ml) in a wok or frying pan. Add the contents of the pouch and fry over a moderate to high heat for 3-4 minutes. Stir frequently. Do not reheat.
