Remove sleeve and pierce film lid of tray three times on each side and place in microwave, pierced side up.
After heating, allow to stand for 1 min, carefully peel back film (caution: hot steam may escape) and serve. Do not reheat.

Microwave ovens vary.The following is a guide only.
Cat D 750W: Heat on high (100%) for 2 1/2 minutes.
Stand for 1 minute. Stir the mash, decant from tray and pour sauce over.

Cat E 850W: Heat on high (100%) for 2 minutes.
Stand for 1 minute. Stir the mash, decant from tray and pour sauce over.

Oven: WARNING: The tray is not oven proof.
Preheat oven to gas mark 5, 190C/375F.
Remove the contents from the tray and place into an
ovenproof dish and cover with a suitable ovenproof lid or foil.
Place in the middle of the oven and heat for 20-25 minutes.
