Microwave: Remove Sleeve and pierce film lid of tray three times and place in microwave, pierced side up. After heating, allow to stand for 1min, carefully peel back film (Caution; hot steam may escape) and serve. Do not reheat.

Cat D 850W: 2 minutes.
Cat E 1000W: 1 1/2 minutes.
Stir and heat for a further 1 minute. Stir product again before serving. Do not reheat.
Hob: Empty the contents into a saucepan. Warm over a low heat, stir occasionally.
