It is packed with root veggies, leeks, cannellini beans, sweetcorn and dark green lentils in a rich tomato sauce with a splash of  Chardonnay white wine, and seasoned with sage, thyme & cracked black pepper. Topped with buttery mashed Yorkshire potatoes grown on the Wolds combined with British carrots and swede

Serve with roasted wedges of skin-on sweet potato and blanched tender stem broccoli. To make this vegetarian cottage pie even more indulgent try topping with grated mature cheddar cheese before baking in the oven until the topping is golden brown and you have a gratinated cheesy crust

For red wines, choose a Sangiovese like Chianti or Pinot Noir. For white wines, a Chardonnay would be incredible.

Remove sleeve, pierce film several times and place in microwave.

850W microwaves: Full power for 2 minutes 30 seconds.
1000W microwaves: Full power for 2 minutes.

After heating allow to stand for 1 minute, then carefully peel back the film (CAUTION: hot steam may escape) and serve.

Remove sleeve and film. Remove the contents from the tray and place in an oven proof dish.
Place in a preheated oven for 25-30 minutes.

Make sure food is hot throughout and serve.
