A mildly, spiced dhal made with soft, slow-cooked yellow split peas, red lentils and mustard seeds cooked with garlic, turmeric, fragrant Indian spices, tomatoes and coriander.

Our serving suggestion Serve with some hot, fresh chapatis brushed with melted butter. Top with chopped fresh coriander and diced fresh tomato.
