Established in 1994 by Joe and Dawn Reade, Island Bakery make organic and sustainable baked irresistibly moreish biscuits. Their chief biscuit engineer Fiona Aitali has created a new range called Sweet F.A a range of gluten free cookies like no other! Made with a special blend of flours (not those sand-like rice flours) of tapioca and ground almonds and folded with cocoa powder and delicious additions dark chocolate chips. These moreish gluten-free cookies are like no other we have ever tried. Plus they are organic and vegan too! Perfect for when you are just not feeling that hungry or just fancy a nibble. Our Serving Suggestion Perfect with a proper cup of English tea or on a summer afternoon paired with a delicious sparkling presse or an indulgent wine. We recommend our Canned Wine Co No.5 Old Vine Garnacha, a grape from Aragon, Spain which is matured for 12 months prior to canning and has deep chocolate and cassis notes.
