Fisherman's Pie (1317)

There are certain days when only something comforting and topped with mashed potato will do. This customer favourite is full of delicious, responsibly sourced pollack and smoked haddock in a classic roux-based sauce with extra matured cheddar cheese, British single cream, Dijon mustard and parsley with a topping of buttery Yorkshire mashed potato Our Serving Suggestion Perfect with a side of peas and steamed spinach. Julienne carrots and shredded savoy cabbage also lend themselves to partnering fish pie. To make this fish pie even more indulgent try topping with grated mature cheddar cheese before baking in the oven until the topping is golden brown and the filling is bubbling. Garnish with some freshly chopped flat leaf parsley. Our Drinks Pairing Smooth, dry white wines are a good option here. Similar to a squeeze of lemon, dry white wine adds splashes of citrus and a bit of sweetness to buttery seafood. Try pairing with Pinot Grigio or Sauvignon Blanc.

For best results please microwave.
Remove sleeve, peel back the corner of the film and replace.
The following is a guide only.
850W microwave: Full power for 1 minute 30 seconds, stand for 1 min, cook for a further 1 min.
1000W microwave: Full power for 1 minute stand for 1 min, cook for a further 1 minute 10 seconds.
After heating allow to stand for 1 minute, then carefully peel back the film (CAUTION: hot steam may escape) and serve.
DO NOT REHEAT.
Remove sleeve and film. Remove the contents from the tray and place in an oven proof dish.
Place in a preheated oven for 25 minutes.
ELECTRIC 190°C - FAN 170°C - GAS MARK 5
Make sure food is hot throughout and serve.
