This Chicken Fricassee is the original French comfort food. British chicken thigh pieces cooked with sliced, earthy, British mushrooms & sweetcorn kernels in a velvety sauce made with British double cream and Italian Chardonnay wine seasoned with chicken & mushroom stock, thyme, sage and garlic. Served with long grain and red rice.

Our Serving Suggestion Serve with steamed French beans or tenderstem broccoli. This quintessential chicken stew like in this dish, is traditionally served over rice - just sprinkle with chopped fresh tarragon leaves to finish this comforting true classic.
