It wouldn’t be Christmas without this festive delight, our Christmas pudding is made with juicy sultanas, raisins and currants and served with brandy sauce made with brandy, British double cream and Marc de Champagne.

Our Drinks Pairing: Never mind the perfect match, serve alongside a glass of mulled wine to get into the Christmas spirit or for a more traditional pairing, try alongside a sweet sherry.

    Cooking Instructions

    Christmas pudding:

    Microwave: Pierce film lid and place on a microwaveable plate. Heat on full power 50 seconds (800W), 40 seconds (900W). (This is a guideline only. We suggest you consult your instruction manual). Leave to stand for 1 minute before serving and check that it is piping hot.

    Steam: Pierce the top of the basin with the end of a single fork prong. Place the basin in water, which comes 2/3 of the way up the pudding. Simmer (DO NOT BOIL) the pudding in the basin for 30 mins.

    Take care when removing lid as hot steam will escape.

    For best results please microwave.

    Brandy Sauce: Microwave: Cut off the top of the pouch and place pouch in microwave.

    The following is a guide only. 750W microwaves: Full power for 1 minutes. 850W microwaves: Full power for 50 seconds.

    After heating allow to stand for 1 minute then stir and serve. (CAUTION: Pouch and contents will be hot following heating.) DO NOT REHEAT.
