Ingredients

Classic Christmas Pudding: Sultanas (28%), Sugar, Fortified Wheat Flour (WHEAT Flour, Calcium Carbonate, Iron, Niacin, Thiamin), Cider (9%), Water, Humectant: Glycerine, Palm Oil, Candied Mixed Peel (Orange Peel, Glucose-Fructose Syrup, Lemon Peel, Sugar, Acidity Regulator (Citric Acid)), Rum (1%), Mixed Spice, Molasses, Salt, Yeast.

Madagascan Vanilla Custard: Whole MILK (50%), Water, Whipping Cream (12%) (MILK), Sugar, Modified Maize Starch, Vanilla Extract, Vanilla Seeds.

Glenmorangie: Scottish Malt Whiskey Abv: 40%

Cooking Instructions

Classic Christmas Pudding: Remove outer packaging. TO MICROWAVE: This is a guideline only. We suggest that you consult your Instruction Manual. Pierce film lid and place in microwave on a microwaveable plate. Heat on full power: 800W for 50 seconds or 900W for 40 seconds. Leave to stand for 1 minute before serving and check that it is piping hot. Remove outer packaging. TO STEAM: Leave in basin with film lid on. Place the basin in a steamer over boiling water and steam for 30 minutes. Ensure the water does not enter the pudding. Do not allow the steamer to boil dry.
